Jared joined Orphandies and Toner LLP in 2016 after developing his real estate practice at the Law Offices of Jared N. Klein. His practice includes the representation of businesses and individuals in real estate, zoning and land use issues, commercial matters and business litigation and Jared utilizes his depth of real estate experience and creative problem solving skills to help his clients reach their objectives.
Jared's accomplishments include a Pennsylvania Superior Court case that set the standard for Pennsylvania Law on consolidation of judgments, the successful litigation of a constitutional challenge to a Philadelphia zoning ordinance and obtaining numerous zoning variances for Philadelphia's real estate development community. Jared also serves as general counsel to several development and holding companies, providing a full range of license, permitting and general business counseling.
Jared’s business litigation experience includes the representation of individuals and businesses with contract disputes, fraud investigations, and construction issues. He has also provided representation for small to mid-size employers regarding unemployment and compliance issues.
